Happy Birthday Hannah!

Ryan, his parents and I met super early this morning at the Bristol beach to celebrate his first birthday! It was a bitter sweet session because as happy as I was to see his darling face again, she shared news of her family moving to New York! I am so sad to see them go… but so happy that I was able to photograph his first year.
I think to this day.. he is still my favorite newborn smile ever captured (you can see it on the last image below)

“We were all so excited to welcome our son to our family, but our daughter Rachel was practically bursting with anticipation to meet her baby brother once we got to the month of June and started to tell her it would be soon instead of a few months away! Luckily he made his appearance a few days before his due date after a long labor but easy delivery. Ryan Matthew arrived on June 28th at 12:56pm weighing 7lbs, 6oz and measuring 21 inches. We are all absolutely in love with him and cannot believe how fortunate we are to have these great kids and each other!”

It makes me so completely happy to see how my good friend Nate is living these days. He’s so lucky to have such a beautiful and amazing wife, daughter, (and another on the way!)
On the other hand.. it makes me so completely UN-happy that they all live so far away : (
I am not sure if I am going to say this correctly.. but… I believe they met in the Marines, were married on Veterans day, and their daughter, Aubrey, was born on the 4th of July! Amazing!

What a beauty! Baby M is incredible, strong, healthy and gorgeous… great job mom and dad!
“Baby Molly started measuring larger than expected toward the end of her Mom’s pregnancy, so she was “evicted” a little early- her Mom had a scheduled induction beginning on 6/19/12, at 39 weeks and 1 day. After 35 hours, Molly arrived with no complications! She was born on 6/20/12 at 11:12 pm, weighing 8 pounds, 1.2 ounces and measuring 21 inches. She has been an easy, happy baby from the start and her Mom and Dad are madly in love with her.”
