Newborn Baby Gavin ” Little Hawk” | Rhode Island and MA Newborn Baby Photography

Awww.. he is so squishy and soft and cuddly!  At one point, I remember I didn’t want to give him back to mom.  It’s official.. my mama hormones are kicking in again!  Soon I will be holding a little Gavin, although not quite as big!  He was born at 9lbs 3 oz I believe she said?!  Little Gavin looks so much like his father… its amazing how they can look so much like someone and be so teeny tiny!

It was so great catching up with mom and dad.. I am so lucky to have been able to photograph their maternity and newborn portraits!

Aidan | Rhode Island and Massachusetts Baby and Child Photography

I cannot stop laughing… it’s that smile!  Look at that smile!  How does he do it?!

Aidan had me running around the park just as I had expected.. he is a very quick little one, but stopped often to give that spectacular face!

I remember I had asked mom if she thought he would still be in a good mood in the late afternoon, or if we should do the shoot early in the morning.  She told me she didn’t think it would be a problem…. and boy, was she right!    I don’t think he even knows how to make a frown!

Newborn Baby Cecilia | RI and MA Newborn Baby Photography

Newborn Cecilia was a dream!  She came to our studio on Saturday morning and I was able to use all of my new baby girl props that I have been collecting over the past month!  We have had a string of newborn boys at our studio.  Boys are usually fantastic sleepers during our sessions, and I am particularly fond of every little boy I see because I too will be having one arrive soon, but you can’t put little flowers and pearls on their heads!

It was so nice meeting mom and dad, and I am SO HAPPY that I was able to meet Cecilia!   I hope you like your sneak peek!

Newborn Baby Adam (and Big Brother Grant) | Rhode Island and MA Newborn Baby Photography

Awww… little Adam and his big brother Grant!  Grant is so young himself it is hard to think he could be a big brother to anyone!  I imagine they are going to be so close growing up.. how lucky ?!

I have become a big fan of their mother, and she has helped me out so much in these past 8 or so months since I first photographed her and Grant.  I am excited to show everyone just how much she helped me.. but it is going to be just a touch longer until I am able to work on the project!

I had a blast yesterday, and I am so excited to see everyone again – especially to see mom in about 4 months to go out for a much needed celebratory drink!

Big Drew | RI and MA Baby Photography

“Oh just one sharp photo of his face.. one sharp photo of his face”  This is the chant that I recited in my head within minutes after meeting this energetic, adorable, and FAST little boy.  He definitely had me (and mom and dad) running after him for the entire session!  Who likes stiff looking portraits anyway?  Isn’t this the way it should be?!

I’m so happy I got to meet Drew, and had all of the laughs that I did; and to add icing on the cake… I even got a few sharp images!
