Faith is the sweet smile who broke my newborn boy streak! I was getting so used to the large, plump and sleepy boys. Faith of course gave me a little shut eye, but for the most part we were shushing and warming and rocking and nursing! She definitely has one of my favorite baby smiles!
Miles came to the studio yesterday… I now love studio shots as much as I love on location ones. There is a lot less lugging of equipment and props for one, and for two… (and more importantly) the photos turn out so warm! “Thank you” to my loving husband who built me a wooden wall! The old mill floors help as well.. you can’t beat the real thing.
Miles was a champ… he slept almost the entire time and stayed so still during my favorite macro shots!
Here is baby Jax and his little toes… his little nose and his little fingers. He was as sweet as they come.. he slept for most of the shoot except for a wide eyed hour in between where he stared calmly into his mother and fathers eyes.
And, I would like to give credit to this family for having the absolute cleanest house I have ever been to.

At one month old, I thought Sofia might be bright eyed the entire shoot… but we were able to ease her into sleep rather quickly!
Please pay special attention to the diamond wedding band… we spent a long while after the shoot trying to find it in a parking lot!!
